​Shipping

• Please allow 3-4 weeks for your items to be shipped.  Please note, your item(s) may arrive sooner. A tracking number will be provided once the item(s) have shipped.

• If there are any delays in your order (past the 21st day), a representative will contact you via phone or email.  

• Please verify the information is correct when entered at checkout 

• House of Monet Knits will not be responsible for wrong address' entered if package is returned to us.

Returns/Exchanges

• 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Items can be adjusted in the event of ill-fitting garments.  Pictures are required for better understanding. If you are not sure of your size, please inquire within on how to take your measurements for proper fitting. 

• A Return Label will be provided if contact is made 5 days after the Delivery Date of your item.

• If contact is made after the 5 days, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
